There are several ways to configure
your Web Site using "Frames."
For example, when you look at this
Web Site, you see 2 "windows", which are called " Frames." The
Table of Contents is located in the left hand Frame. All the other pages are located
in the right hand Frame (which is where you are reading this text.) While the Frames
appear to act independently, links between them are programmed into the site. On
this web site, you can manipulate independently either of the two Frames.
Frames are used to keep information
continually accessible to the viewer. The Frames can be configured to be located anywhere
on the screen. The only limitation to be aware of, is that some browsers and computers
have trouble managing multiple Frames. To reach a wide audience, the rule to
follow, is to keep it Simple!!
