What are Your Choices ?

Frankly, animation can add a lot of interest to your Web site, but it can be a huge annoyance, too.  First of all, not all Browsers act in the same way, and your animation may not appear as you wish, or perhaps not at all.  Also, animation does tend to take up a little more memory than non-animated graphics.  Nevertheless, it may be exactly what you need to draw attention or express humor.
