Jacqueline Blezard
Owner, Therapeutic Solutions
Massage Therapist, Certified Aesthetician
Jacqueline is a Connecticut-licensed, nationally certified massage therapist, and member of the American Massage Therapy Association and has been in professional practice since 1994.  She is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy and is a member of the Greater Hartford Holistic Health Association.  Jacqueline is also a certified Aesthetician trained by the Yon-Ka Paris skin-care program. As a business owner, Jacqueline is active in the Windsor Chamber of Commerce.  Her approach to her clients is to exceed their expectations in her products and services.  Jacqueline invites you to experience the beneficial effects massage therapy and holistic health care can have towards improving your health and well-being.

Mary Ann Frost
Massage Therapist
Mary Ann is a Connecticut-licensed and nationally certified massage therapist, as well as a certified reflexologist, and member of the American Massage Therapy Association.  A graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, she has been with our center since March of 1999 and is committed to improve the health and well being of all her clients, and will be happy to answer any of your questions.

Lucy Partyka
Massage Therapist
Lucy is a graduate of the Galen Institute of Medical Massage in Wethersfield, and is a Connecticut-licensed and nationally certified massage therapist, specializing in   medical massage therapy. Also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, Lucy has taken additional courses in Aromatherapy Massage.  In addition to being an LMT, Lucy is a certified nurse practitioner with training from the Academy of Nursing in Rzeszow, Poland.

Jack Iriondo
Massage Therapist 
Jack is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy and is skilled in Swedish, Sport, Deep Tissue, and Cross Fiber Massage.  He worked for many years along side Chiropractor Dr. Walter Ilacci, providing therapeutic massage.  Jack also worked for several years with the professional athletes of the former Hartford Jai-Alai team providing therapeutic/sports massage and treatment of injuries.

Jane Smeallie
Massage Therapist 
Jane is very excited to be the newest member of the Therapeutic Solutions Team. She comes to us most recently from the Elizabeth Arden Spa in Mystic and has a varied background including chiropractic and medical settings. She is a 1999 graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy and a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Jane specializes in deep tissue work and reflexology.

Elizabeth Gibbs
Yoga Instructor 
Beth is a certified Yoga therapist with over 800 hours of professional training and a specialization in menopause and women's health.  She is working toward a master's degree in Yoga therapy and the psychology of mind/body health at Lesley College, in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She is a health and wellness instructor at Bradley Memorial Hospital in Southington, Connecticut; cofounder of Yoga Associates; and a member of the Connecticut Holistic Health Association and the California Yoga Teacher's Association.  Her practice is referred by New England Complementary Health Care and by Oxford Health Plans.

Diana Ricci
Yoga Instructor 
Therapeutic Solutions welcomes Diana to our staff.  Diana received her Yoga certification in 1997 from the Kripalu Center in Lenox, Massachusetts. She has been teaching regularly for the last six years in various arenas - from adolescents to senior citizens. She is excited and enthusiastic about teaching Yoga and continues to expand her capabilities through continuing education classes such as anatomy and yoga for back care and posture.

Dawn Kent
Pilates Instructor 
Dawn, a certified Pilates Instructor and Stott Pilates-trained instructor since January 2002, has taught beginner and intermediate level Mat and Reformer courses for groups and individuals.  Fully certified by ACE, AFAA, and Reebok, Dawn has taught group and individual sessions since 1991, focusing on a wide variety of exercise forms, including personal training, Reebok Cycling, Reebok Step, and Aerobics.  Dawn prides herself on catering to all student levels, from novice to advanced.

Susan Amenta
T'ai Chi Instructor 
Susan, a certified T'ai Chi, Inner Chi, and Chi Kung instructor, has been teaching for nine years. Her T'ai Chi studies include Yang, Sun and T'ai Chi Sword Form. She has studied with Masters and spiritual leaders from CT, MA, and FL, including international T'ai Chi expert, Paul Lam from Australia. In addition to her T'ai Chi training, she acquired a black belt in the art of Shaolin Kempo Karate and is also a certified yoga instructor. Susan finds that T'ai Chi's power for healing, along with yoga practice, can enhance the well-being of any individual. In her classes, she guides students through a mind and body experience of moving meditation to promote a deeper understanding and experience of their own body's physical, mental and emotional needs.
